Jeff Gordon!

So a few months ago when the race was in town our local Smiths had Jeff Gordon's car out in front. Now this is the best thing for me aside from actually meeting Jeff Gordon. So of course the boys and I went home and changed into our Jeff Gordon gear. Here are the better pictures from that day. AJ was not into taking pictures this day so all of the pics I have of him turned out super bad so he was there I just don't have pics.

Utah trip 2010

The boys and I went up to Duck Creek Utah to stay with my sister and family for the weekend. We had a blast! The boys absolutely loved playing in the snow. AJ was so funny and would not put on gloves but kept eating snow. So of course his hands were freezing. They both loved riding on the snowmobiles. AJ would not get off of them. He would even try to start them. Erik had fun just running around in the snow. It was so funny he looked like that little kid from A Christmas Story and could hardly put his arms down. lol. I can not wait to go back up there it was so beautiful. And we sure do miss everyone. Thanks for having us up. Love you all.

Erik's first haircut!

Aunt Emmy & Erik before his haircut
Erik (Moe) after his hair cut.

We thought it would be good to get Erik's bangs trimmed. So when we went to Utah this past weekend my Aunt trimmed it up for us. I think he looks cute, Arli thinks he looks like Moe from the 3 stooges.

Caprisun Purses

So I have started making caprisun purses and am selling them. Here are a few of the sizes that I do.

2x2. medium size

2x1 regular size

1x1 small size

Airplanes!!!!

AJ loves airplanes. Every time he sees or hears one he always points up and gets really excited. So my mom and I took the boys to go watch the airplanes come in and take off. They had a blast and AJ was in heaven.

baking cookies!!!

Savannah & Erik
Erik mixing the flour

Last week I decided it would be fun to bake some cookies. Well Erik and Savannah loved it! And the cookies did not turn out too bad. But I did make them a little too big.

Ball pit fun!

The boys got a ball pit for christmas from my sister and family in Utah. Well to say the like it is an understatement. They love it! They love to just jump/dive right into it. It can keep them entertained for hours.

Mischievous Boys

So about a week and a half ago my boys some how found markers. Not only washable but a sharpie. I seriously have no clue how they found them because I always have them up and we have not colored in over a month. But they did find them and thought it would be a great idea to color my walls. AJ also thought that Erik needed some more color and drew with sharpie all over him.

Erik was mad because I told him not to chew on the marker.

Their masterpiece.
While I was cleaning up the markers they destroyed their room.

This one happened a few days earlier than the marker incident. Erik found Savannah's red pudding and thought it was really yummy. What I think is best about this picture is his shirt, it says hungry.

Future artist

The boys have a mini doodle pad, well I picked it up after AJ was done drawing on it and I think it loos pretty good. I myself saw some sort of animal. Like an anteater or something. Not bad for 2.5yrs old.

Tae Bo!

Since the new year I have started working out more and I love to do tae bo. Well this particular day the little girl I was babysitting wanted to do it too. Then AJ got into it. He was so cute. He has now become my tae bo partner, even though when we do tae bo I can hardly do it cause he has my laughing so hard!

AJ and Savannah doing stretches

Doing our punches

I love this shot of AJ mostly because of his hair.

Camp out in the living room

Since the boys got tents and tunnels for christmas. We decided to let AJ have a campout in the livig room. That night he got to stay up ad watch movies and have popcorn. He loved it.

All these toys and he wants to play with this...

So as many of you know my kids have an overabundance of toys. Well awhile back I caught Erik climbing on our entertainment center. He played in this thing for a good hour. Just climbing in and then out. It was so cute I just had to take pictures.

A play date at the park!

In the beginning of January my friend and I thought it would be good to get our kids out of the house and have a play date at the park rather than at one of our houses. Let me just tell you our kids had a blast. After our play date we went back t her house to have lunch. And ended up staying and chatting for a while too.

All 4 kids

Little miss Mallory
she is such a cutie:)

AJ loved hanging from these bars
Erik loved this big mary-go-round.

MMMM....MMMMM.....Milk

So a few weeks ago I was getting the boys a drink of milk and finished off the milk carton. Well AJ threw it away and Erik got it out of the trash and tried drinking out of it! It was sooo cute. He is definitely my different child. As in he does stuff that none of my other kids ever did.

We love to walk!!!!

I have started exercising more and have been doing a lot of walking. Which is sort of hard when I have to push the lug of a double stroller around. Not to mention with both boys in it. It definitely gives me a workout!

A picnic everyday!

Since the boys got a table and chair set for Christmas they often eat lunch and sometimes even breakfast every morning at their table. They love it! I know this post is not very long and some of my post that I am doing will probably only have a few sentances. But I think they should be on here and I hope everyone enjoys them.

Happy New Year....a month late!

I know this is late, but this last month has been filled with fun, adventure and one busy me. But for new years we decided to let the boys stay up as late as they wanted and hopefully be able to see the fire works and ball drop along with having a sleep over in our room. Well they almost made it! They both conked out at around 11:45pm! Little Erik ended up getting sick with a mysterious fever that popped up that night and then disappeared by the next morning. We have decided that he is just not a kid to stay up late because every time he does he gets a fever. But other than that we had a blast! And the boys were able to sleep on their new couches/beds they got for christmas.

Awake but oh so tired

Watching TV
All passed out

Merry Christmas!

Santa came!!!!

So I know I am bad and am just now doing my Christmas post. But at least it is getting done right. We stayed home this year and had a blast I love starting the tradition of my boys waking up at their home and having Christmas. This year we had soo much fun. AJ actually got it on how to open the gifts and that there were toys under all of that wrapping paper. He was even so cute when he would open his clothes he would look at them like blah and throw them aside. I seriously did not think that would start for another few years. Following AJ's lead Erik loved un wrapping his presents too. He even jumped right in the tunnels and tents Santa left before AJ even wanted to go near them. The boys of course got way to spoiled again this year. My original plan was to get them each a $50 toy and a toy for the both of them that was $50 but it did not work out that way. Hopefully we can try for that next year. AJ's favorite toy so far is Buzz and Woody. He goes back and forth between the 2. Oh and we can not for the big toys that are his favorite the ball pit from Emily and everyone from Utah and the kitchen from my Mom. Erik's favorite is the kitchen and the ball pit. He is still so little he jumps from toy to toy 100 times a day. Although he did love Mommy's lip stick he kept wanting it and would keep bringing it to me so I put it on him (while Daddy was putting the kitchen together for 2hrs) hehe. We had a wonderful Christmas this year. I always love Christmas it truely is the most wonderful time of the year.

Since I do not know how to do collages yet I am just putting a few pics up and then if you would like you can watch the whole slide show. I love you all I hope you had a very Merry Christmas.

I finally have my own buzz and alien:)

This is my transformer

Family Christmas Party

Every year we have a huge family Christmas party in Mesquite. It is always so much fun but this year we did some different things. Like every family had to sing a Christmas song that went along with the Christmas story. We also had a game 12 guys were chosen and they had to blow up balloons and stuff them into pantie hoses and the team then had to put the pantie hose on their head and sing Rudolph the red nosed reindeer. Let me tell you it was SO funny to watch them during the game. We also did our normal stuff eat, chat, play basket ball and did I mention eat.

The mens game:)
