Mischievous Boys
So about a week and a half ago my boys some how found markers. Not only washable but a sharpie. I seriously have no clue how they found them because I always have them up and we have not colored in over a month. But they did find them and thought it would be a great idea to color my walls. AJ also thought that Erik needed some more color and drew with sharpie all over him.

This one happened a few days earlier than the marker incident. Erik found Savannah's red pudding and thought it was really yummy. What I think is best about this picture is his shirt, it says hungry.
While I was cleaning up the markers they destroyed their room.

Tae Bo!
Since the new year I have started working out more and I love to do tae bo. Well this particular day the little girl I was babysitting wanted to do it too. Then AJ got into it. He was so cute. He has now become my tae bo partner, even though when we do tae bo I can hardly do it cause he has my laughing so hard!

A play date at the park!
In the beginning of January my friend and I thought it would be good to get our kids out of the house and have a play date at the park rather than at one of our houses. Let me just tell you our kids had a blast. After our play date we went back t her house to have lunch. And ended up staying and chatting for a while too.
All 4 kidsMallory, AJ, Erik and Captain
MMMM....MMMMM.....Milk
We love to walk!!!!
A picnic everyday!
Since the boys got a table and chair set for Christmas they often eat lunch and sometimes even breakfast every morning at their table. They love it! I know this post is not very long and some of my post that I am doing will probably only have a few sentances. But I think they should be on here and I hope everyone enjoys them.
Happy New Year....a month late!
I know this is late, but this last month has been filled with fun, adventure and one busy me. But for new years we decided to let the boys stay up as late as they wanted and hopefully be able to see the fire works and ball drop along with having a sleep over in our room. Well they almost made it! They both conked out at around 11:45pm! Little Erik ended up getting sick with a mysterious fever that popped up that night and then disappeared by the next morning. We have decided that he is just not a kid to stay up late because every time he does he gets a fever. But other than that we had a blast! And the boys were able to sleep on their new couches/beds they got for christmas.

Merry Christmas!
So I know I am bad and am just now doing my Christmas post. But at least it is getting done right. We stayed home this year and had a blast I love starting the tradition of my boys waking up at their home and having Christmas. This year we had soo much fun. AJ actually got it on how to open the gifts and that there were toys under all of that wrapping paper. He was even so cute when he would open his clothes he would look at them like blah and throw them aside. I seriously did not think that would start for another few years. Following AJ's lead Erik loved un wrapping his presents too. He even jumped right in the tunnels and tents Santa left before AJ even wanted to go near them. The boys of course got way to spoiled again this year. My original plan was to get them each a $50 toy and a toy for the both of them that was $50 but it did not work out that way. Hopefully we can try for that next year. AJ's favorite toy so far is Buzz and Woody. He goes back and forth between the 2. Oh and we can not for the big toys that are his favorite the ball pit from Emily and everyone from Utah and the kitchen from my Mom. Erik's favorite is the kitchen and the ball pit. He is still so little he jumps from toy to toy 100 times a day. Although he did love Mommy's lip stick he kept wanting it and would keep bringing it to me so I put it on him (while Daddy was putting the kitchen together for 2hrs) hehe. We had a wonderful Christmas this year. I always love Christmas it truely is the most wonderful time of the year.
Since I do not know how to do collages yet I am just putting a few pics up and then if you would like you can watch the whole slide show. I love you all I hope you had a very Merry Christmas.

Family Christmas Party
Every year we have a huge family Christmas party in Mesquite. It is always so much fun but this year we did some different things. Like every family had to sing a Christmas song that went along with the Christmas story. We also had a game 12 guys were chosen and they had to blow up balloons and stuff them into pantie hoses and the team then had to put the pantie hose on their head and sing Rudolph the red nosed reindeer. Let me tell you it was SO funny to watch them during the game. We also did our normal stuff eat, chat, play basket ball and did I mention eat.
All of the kids singing

Happy Thanksgiving
So I know this is WAY late. But hey better late than never right. So this thanksgiving I did the turkey for the very first time! I was sooo scared but in the end it all came out great! We had a crap load of food. But it was all yummy Erik was the biggest oink I have ever seen and ate enough for a 5yr old and AJ was still his very picky self and hardly ate anything. I am happy to say that I stuck to my diet and did not eat too much:) Yay me.
Some things I was thankful for this year were:
That I have the gospel in my life
I have Arli I do not know what I would do with out him sometimes
For AJ he is the sweetest little boy and is so happy and funny I am so blessed to be his mother
For Erik, he is such a handful but his spirit is so strong that I can not explain. He is always happy. I can count on 1 hand how many times he has been something other than happy. I am proud & blessed to be his Mommy.
For my family and friends.
That my Dad is safe and will be coming home from overseas sometime in January
I could go on and on, but do not have the time.
But one last thing I am thankful for is....I am not pregnant! Even though some of my good friends do know how much I do want another one after dealing with both boys I realize I want to wait awhile. Arli and I are going to start trying in October of 2010.
Me and my turkey! And my lovely turkey apron
Crazy Boys
So awhile back after nap time I heard Erik crying so I went into get him and this is what I found. AJ in Erik's bed jumping up and down and having a good old time(with out his pants on to boot) while Erik was crying his little eyes out. Since then AJ has gotten in trouble many times for doing this because it seems the only time he wants to do this is when Erik is asleep and every single time he jumps on Erik.
