Gosh darn hooligans
So yesterday one of my neighbors knocked on my door. He was telling me he knew what happened. Well it turns out it was kids! I could just scream thank goodness! I am so glad that it was not someone trying to break in. It was just hooligans throwing rocks over the wall. I could give them a beating though. I have called around for estimates and so far the cheapest one is $278! This just really sucks. It is a good thing all of my christmas shopping is done.

I really don't think a tenant should have to pay for a broken window! That is what homeowners/landlord insurance is for! Just leave it and the Condo association will fine him until it's fixed.
